Popular ZooBoo has new activities

The Halloween season is upon us at the Indianapolis Zoo! The return of our fall favorite event – ZooBoo -- which opened Sept. 25! 

We have lots of exciting new additions to this year’s festivities, from new characters, menu items and the introduction of Leeward Manor – a new, family-friendly experience with magic and tricks around every corner. We also have plenty of Halloween themed activities, trick-or-treating and, of course, animals.

ZooBoo runs every Wednesday-Sunday through Oct. 31. The Zoo opens daily at 9 a.m. while ZooBoo activities run from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, and 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday. 

Hours are extended on Halloween from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The Zoo will close early on Saturday, Oct. 5, at 7 p.m. for Brewfari.
