The annual Festival of Trees is decking the halls at the Indiana History Center now through Jan. 4. This popular holiday event features 85 elaborately decorated fir trees put together by individuals, families and companies from around Indiana.
The seven-week annual holiday extravaganza also includes special programs and enhanced dining and shopping options.
In addition, Twilight Tuesdays and Twilight Thursdays will offer special extended hours (5 to 8 p.m.) for those who wish to see the trees by night. “Twilight Nights” are great options for a date night or an after-work team outing on Dec. 3, 5, 10, 12, 17 and 19.
Special performers will also provide holiday music on select nights.
This year Pet Pals TV has a tree at the event. Host/producer/reporter
Patty Spitler decorated it herself! Come and see her favorite childhood stuffed animal under the tree! The tree is located on the downstairs Canal level of the Indiana History Center building, 450 W. Ohio St., Indianapolis 46202.
